This is a sample shooting schedule that I am implementing on productions that I work as First AD.
The good part of this is that I am creating a total integration with movie magic Scheduling.
There is no workflow that does the integration automatically,
so I created a workflow that integrates the remote schedule with the on line Google Calendar.
It is just one more toll that helps organization.

    I was wondering how could you do that? I always had a hard time with Movie Magic Scheduling to do the call sheets and so on.
    It seems pretty nice this integration. If you could teach me I would appreciate.

    My name is steve, i am a new AD in NYC…

    i was searching the web for some kind of way to automate a movie magic
    schedule into either google docs or excel (to help with call sheets)
    and i came across your website.

    and my eyes bugged out cus i have been trying to do just that for months!

    I am dying to know how exactly you were able to do this… cus nothing
    i do seems to work well… !!
